| ADVANCE DEPOSIT: The
Wintergreen/Carousel requires an advance deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The advance deposit is the first nights room rental plus 11% tax. When using
a credit or debit card the card is charged the same day the reservation
is made and the cardholder must be present at check-in with the credit card
used for the advance deposit. This reservation is for one room. If you require
more than one room, you can repeat this process or call our reservations
department at 800-648-4765. Any changes made to your reservations may be
made by calling 800-648-4765 or email us at reservations@wintergreen-resort.com.
Check in time 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. Sorry, no pets allowed.
**If a non-smoking room is a request please
call 800-648-4765 to confirm you have a non-smoking room or a room will
be assigned based on availability.
CANCELLATION NOTICE: The Wintergreen/Carousel requires
a three day PRIOR to arrival cancellation policy. If the reservation is
cancelled three days PRIOR to the arrival date, a refund will be issued
less a $10 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled WITHIN three
days of the arrival date the entire deposit, which is the first night
stay plus tax will be forfeited. |
