Many of us at the Wintergreen Resort & Conference Center have fond memories of our own wedding day. That’s just one more reason why we take such care to provide you with the ultimate service and dining experience. We have a selection of rooms to meet any size wedding, rehearsal dinner, wedding shower or a gift opening, from 25 to 425.

HELPFUL WEDDING DAY SUGGESTIONS
What’s a good way to alert your guests that it’s time to be seated? As your wedding attendants enter the dinner reception, some couples choose to have the Disc Jockey or band leader announce and introduce the wedding party and parents.

How many attendants will sit at the head table? Choices may include ushers and young children, in addition to those you have chosen to be attendants. Up to 18 attendants will fit on the risers. Family tables will be reserved if you desire, typically directly in front of the head table.

Would you like to offer a champagne toast? Toasts are typically given by your best man and maid of honor. We can have champagne poured so each guest is ready to toast to the happy couple.

Complimentary Rooms
If desired we will set-up a gift opening room for you the following morning. Continental or full breakfast can also be ordered for a slight additional charge.
